REFUNDS

For the Justissy team, customer satisfaction is paramount. That's why the "satisfied or refunded" offer is in place.

Additionally, Justissy offers a gift card or refund when delivery is defective or part of the products is damaged. For this scenario, please refer to the SHIPPING POLICY page.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

We offer all our dissatisfied customers, whether due to the product, delivery, or other personal reasons, the possibility of being refunded if the request is made within 30 days* of receipt. We simply ask you to contact us at hello@justissy.com and indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction, as well as photos to support your claim if necessary.

EXCHANGES

The Justissy team does not offer exchanges on these products. However, if your product arrives defective, please refer to the REFUND section.

RETURN SHIPPING

Based on the refund possibilities accepted by Justissy, the order must be returned intact.

Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer seeking a refund. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
