Shipping Policy

Timelines Parcels are generally sent within 4 working days. Delivery time depends on the customer's location but normally does not exceed 12 working days.

If due to strikes or exceptional circumstances shipments are delayed, the Justissy team will send an email to inform its customers.

If you experience a delay of more than two weeks (14 working days), please let us know by email at our address hello@justissy.com.

Damaged or Missing Parcels Shipping liquids is very delicate and sometimes the transport can be somewhat rough and a cap might come loose. If you find yourself in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To receive a gesture from us (partial refund or sending of intact bottles or gift voucher), we invite you to send us an email at hello@justissy.com with 3 supporting photos:

  • A photo of the received parcel and product
  • A photo of the shipping label on your box

Also, feel free to open a claim with the carrier if you can see that the parcel is directly damaged to claim a refund from the transport company.
